Corner Driller is a compact drilling machine built upon the PHP 90 model. The column is mounted on top of a highly robust metal levelling support platform, allowing for vertical and slant drilling using a 2" or 3" down-the-hole hammer to a maximum depth of 30 m. Two stabilizing legs installed at the backside of the machine perform the levelling.
In most situations thanks to its self-supporting structure the machine does not require ground anchorage, making it an excellent option for drilling holes for the passage of the diamond wire. Its triangular construction allows to drill holes in corners or along the edges as well as to incline down to 35° in both directions.
The consumption of compressed air is reduced to a minimum as it is only used to operate the down-the-hole hammer, while the rotary head and the drilling feed are hydraulic.
The standard machine is equipped with 1 m conical drilling rods, a 3" down-the-hole hammer and a 90 mm diameter drill bit.
